8' x 28' RV Travel Trailer

Description:

This Cavalier Travel Trailer by Gulf Stream features several very nice amenities to make living comfortable. It is vitrually a mobile home, complete with kitchen, living area, 3/4 bath, and room to sleep 8.

The trailer has hookups for power, water, and sewer. It has air conditioning, propane gas forced-air heating and a propane stove.

The trailer has three main living areas, the Kitchen/Living Room, the Bath Area and the Sleeping Quarters.

The Kitchen Area includes a cabinet-mounted microwave oven w/range hood, a 4-burner propane stove top, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a floor cabinet with a stainless-steel double sink and overhead cabinets.



The furniture completes the living area and consists of a sofa and dinette table. In this trailer,(we have two), the sofa is along the left wall opposite the door and the table is on the right wall, between the main door and the refrigerator.



The table and sofa convert to beds and are a major component of our second major area, Sleeping Quarters. The sofa also converts to a bed for two and the dinette table also converts to a bed. The top folds down to creat a platform that rests between the two benches. The back cushions and seat cushions make up the mattess for a full-sized bed.

As you enter the trailer, there is a wall to the right, separating the master bedroom from the rest of the trailer. This room has a large queen-sized platform bed that includes storage space. This bed occupies most of the room, but there is a small night stand in the left corner and a small closet on the right.



Two more bunk beds are located at on the right-rear of the unit. These measure 24" x 72" and are quite cozy for the kids.
Note: Except for the sofa and tables, there are no mattresses included with this sale.

The third major area is the Bath Area and consists of a bathroom with a 3/4 tub-shower, flush toilet and linnen closet. (The tank cover is off the tank in the photo) Just outside the bathroom is a sink and vanity.




These trailers are in excellent condition and have not been abused. This trailer does have some minor damage in the front where its towing vehicle turned to tightly denting the front lower right (visible in the photo).
