| DESCRIPTION This is a trailer-mounted electric flashing Highway Safety Arrow Sign used to indicate lane shifts, turns, etc. The Sign Board consists of 4' x 8' panel that folds down for transport via a winch located on the side of the frame of the trailer. The panel has 5" amber 12-Volt lights. The system is powered by a 12-Volt Alternator attached to the drive shaft of a Lambardini 6LD260 Air-Cooled Diesel Engine. There is a battery and starter for electric start, and there is a rope-pull fitting to manually start the engine. The control unit on the TC-1 is mounted in a box on the side of the machine. The cover plate on this unit is missing. The control unit on the TC-3 is mounted under the engine cover. Built-in stabilizers extend to secure the trailer once it is in place, and are retractable for transport. Rated for 55 MPH. |
